Pause-and-resume flows, smarter signup pages, and a sharper trial landing experience
We shipped a handful of features this month that make running your email sequences more flexible and make signing up for SmartFlowPros a lot clearer. Here's what changed.
TL;DR: You can now pause any active flow without losing its scheduled sends — hit pause, fix what needs fixing, and resume right where you left off. The signup and trial pages got a clean-up: the copy is more direct about the card-required trial terms, and the contact-sales form now shows required fields with a placeholder that helps you write a better note. Behind the scenes, the paid landing page now tracks the full funnel from ad click to trial signup, and the signup-thank-you page fires Google Ads conversions exactly once (no more double-fires on reload). The marketing chat bot can now link to site pages like /pricing with markdown syntax.
Pause and resume any flow without losing your place
You know that moment when a flow is running, you spot something you want to tweak — a subject line, a day-of-week setting — but you don't want to cancel the whole thing and lose all the pending sends? That's what this is for. There's a new Pause button on every active flow. Click it, and the flow stops sending immediately. Every scheduled email that hasn't gone out yet stays in the queue. Make your edits, then hit Resume — the flow picks up exactly where it left off.
This is different from the old "deactivate" option, which cancelled every pending email and forced you to re-launch from scratch. Pause is reversible. You'll find the new buttons on the Flows page next to each active flow.
Clearer signup pages with better forms
The trial signup page and the paid landing page got a copy refresh. The messaging is more direct: "Card required. No charge until day 15. Cancel before then." No more "no credit card required" that left people confused at checkout. The trust badges now show Microsoft Partner, OAuth-only access, and Stripe secure checkout — real specifics instead of generic security claims.
The contact-sales form now marks every field as required with a visible asterisk, and the message textarea has a placeholder that says "A short note about your outreach goals helps us route you to the right rep." Small change, but it means you get a better conversation started faster.

Marketing chat now links to site pages
The chat bot on the marketing site can now link to internal pages like /pricing and /features using markdown link syntax. If the bot says "check out our pricing page", that link actually works now — it's a clickable path within the site, not a broken reference. This makes self-serve browsing from the chat a lot smoother.
Give the new pause-and-resume a try on your next active flow. Everything else is just cleaner and faster where it counts.
