Mobile that finally works, bulk jobs that don't quit, and smarter B variants

This was a big week. The whole app got the mobile overhaul we've been building toward for months, your bulk AI jobs stopped dying when you close the browser, and the "Generate B" feature got a real upgrade. Here's what changed and why it matters.

TL;DR: SmartFlowPros now works properly on phones — no more pinch-zooming, no more sideways scrolling on tables, no more squished charts. Bulk operations like "generate variants for the whole sequence" or "rewrite all five emails with this tone change" run in the background, so you can close the tab, switch flows, or come back later and they keep going. And when you ask for a B variant of an underperforming email, the system now figures out what's actually wrong with the original first, then writes a B that fixes that specific weakness instead of just rewording the whole thing and hoping for the best.

Your phone is finally a first-class citizen

Open SmartFlowPros on your phone and you should not need to pinch-zoom anywhere. Tables in your team dashboard, recipient analytics, and tracking details turn into clean readable cards instead of forcing horizontal scroll. The sequence builder lets you drag emails around with your finger. The email composer opens in a proper fullscreen view instead of cramming itself into a tiny box. Charts switched to bottom legends and stopped squishing into unreadable strips. Login and signup got bigger touch targets so you don't fat-finger the wrong button. The install-the-app-to-your-home-screen flow finally has crisp icons. Short version: you can actually run your sequences from your phone now, including from a coffee shop on hotel wifi.

Bulk jobs that don't die when you close the tab

You know how "Generate variants for all five emails" or "Rewrite every email in this sequence with a friendlier tone" used to die if you closed the browser, your laptop went to sleep, or your wifi blinked for a second? That's over. Those jobs now run on our servers in the background. You can close the tab, switch to a different flow, refresh the page — the job keeps going. There's a small progress indicator at the top of every page so you can see what's running. When the job finishes, you'll get a notification the next time you come back. And if you change your mind partway through, you can cancel anything that's still running.

Smarter B variants that fix the actual problem

"Generate B" got a serious upgrade. Before, it looked at email A and just rewrote it — sometimes you got a great alternative, sometimes the rewrite drifted in a random direction because the AI didn't know what was actually wrong with the original. Now the system reads your whole sequence first and figures out the specific weakness in each email — things like "the subject line is too long," "this one never promises anything concrete," or "you're asking for a meeting before delivering any value." Then the B variant is written to fix that specific problem instead of just shuffling the words. You'll see the diagnosis right on the variant card before you approve it, so you can see why we wrote the new version the way we did. This works for both single-email Generate B and the bulk path that does the whole sequence at once.
