Big release week. CRM integrations launched across HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. Team admins got new policy controls, including which integrations are allowed for the team. And Classic Flows is being retired in favor of Smart Flows.

TL;DR: You can now connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce to SmartFlowPros through OAuth. The connection is set up at the team level — a team admin authorizes the integration on behalf of the whole team, and every member can sync contacts, but only the admin can connect, configure, or disconnect a CRM. Team admins also get a new Team Policy page with global controls over what non-admin members can do. And we're retiring Classic Flows: the public Classic pages and routes have been removed from the app, and Smart Flows is now the single path forward.

CRM integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce

You can now connect SmartFlowPros to your CRM through OAuth — the standard "click to authorize" flow, no API keys to copy. We support three providers: HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. The connection is set up at the team level: a team admin authorizes the integration once, and every team member can sync contacts from there. Synced contacts become available as a contact source when you build a flow, so you can pull a HubSpot list straight into a Smart Flow without exporting CSVs.

Admins control who can connect what

Connection management is admin-only. If you're a non-admin team member and you visit the integrations page, you'll see a "Managed by your team admin" banner with a note that you can sync any time, but you can't change the connection itself. Each provider shows a status badge — Connected, Disabled by admin, or Needs reconnect if the OAuth token has expired — so admins can see at a glance what's healthy and what needs attention.

A new Team Policy page for admins

Team admins now have a dedicated Team Policy page with global controls over what non-admin team members can do. Admins themselves bypass these settings — they apply only to other members of the team. There's also a separate Team Integrations admin page where the integration-specific policies are configured: which providers are enabled, what scopes the team is willing to grant, and so on. Together they give a team admin one place to set the guardrails for everyone else.

Classic Flows is being retired

If you're still using Classic Flows, time to migrate. The public Classic Flows pages have been removed from the app, and the routes that served them are gone too. Smart Flows has been the better experience for a while — better AI generation, better mobile, better analytics — and consolidating onto one path means we can ship faster on what people actually use. Existing Classic Flow data is still in your account; reach out if you need help moving anything to Smart Flows.
