Team subscriptions launch, plus clearer pricing pages
This was the week SmartFlowPros became a real multi-seat product. Team subscriptions launched with proper team-leader management, and the pricing pages got a refresh to match what's actually in the app.
TL;DR: Teams are now a first-class concept. A team leader gets a dedicated overview page that shows Active Seats, Sequences, Prospects, and recent team activity, plus a Team Members table where members can be added or removed. The pricing pages were rebuilt to show what's actually in each plan — Smart at $49 per user per month and Classic at $89 per user per month — and both plans now have an annual option that saves you two months over the monthly equivalent. Team plans are set up concierge-style: tell us how many seats you need, we get you a checkout link, and your team leader takes it from there.
A team overview page for team leaders
If you're the team leader, you now have a dedicated team overview page. The top shows usage at a glance: Active Seats (used vs max), Sequences, Prospects, and Events in the last 7 days. Below that is a Team Members table where you can add new members by email, see each member's role and status, and remove members who've left. There's also a Recent Team Timeline panel showing the latest activity events across your team — who did what, when. It's the single page a team leader needs to keep tabs on everyone.
Pricing pages that reflect what we actually built
The pricing page used to list generic bullet points. It now shows the real differences between Smart and Classic plans, with the actual feature names you'll see in the app. Smart is $49 per user per month and Classic is $89 per user per month. If you're comparing plans before signing up, you can now tell exactly what each one includes without having to log in and poke around.

Annual pricing for both plans
Both Smart and Classic now have an annual option in addition to monthly billing. Paying annually beats monthly by two months — same product, lower yearly cost. The savings show up clearly on the signup page so you don't have to do the math.
Concierge setup for team plans
Team plans are set up concierge-style. Tell us how many seats you need and what pricing fits your team, and we configure it for you and send the team leader a checkout link. Once it's paid, the team leader has full control: invite members, manage seats, watch usage, all from the team overview page. It's faster than a generic self-serve checkbox because we tailor the seat count and pricing to your actual team rather than making you fit one of three preset tiers.
