Spam Trap

An email address operated by mailbox providers and anti-spam organizations specifically to catch senders who scrape lists or fail to clean their data. Hitting a spam trap can cause an instant reputation crash. Pristine traps (addresses that were never owned by a real human) are the most damaging.
